Today was rainy again, so no outside photos! :( 

Sam and I stayed at home, cleaned the house, and made breakfasts for the week- apple cinnamon muffins! :) 

For dinner we made stuffed peppers.. Growing up, my Mother always told me the horrors of when she was little and her mother made her eat stuffed peppers.  She vowed that she would never make us eat a stuffed pepper.  Ever.  And she stayed true to her word!  I was never made to eat a stuffed pepper.  Or any pepper, for that matter!  Now that I'm older, I got up the courage to try one of these presumably horrid tasting vegetables, and I actually quite like them.  The stuffed peppers tonight were a success, and we shall continue eating them- much to the chagrin of my mother, I might add. ;)

Good grief, I just wrote a blog post about peppers. :P
