Daddy bought a plant as an 'apartment warming' present to hang on our front porch.  Isn't he awesome? :)

Empty shelves.  Why, you ask?  We're moving, that's why!  One floor up, to be exact. :)

I didn't get any really good pictures today, it was way to bright outside.  I chose this one for the nostalgia it may give later on.. Andrews truck and baby Sam! :)

I'm only six days into this and already posting a day late... Andrew and I worked all day and then were out babysitting and didn't get home until 11.  Needless to say, we went straight to bed.

I forgot to take a picture until last minute, too.. this was taken on our way to bed.

Spent the day in Maine today with my great-grandmother, Moriah, and Samuel.  We took a drive up to the Nubble Light, then over to Ogunquit.  It was beautiful out!

And here is a picture of pure cuteness, just for good measure. ;)

We were working on the electric fence at the farm tonight, and I didn't get a chance to take photos there, so I took one of the quick dinner we made up tonight.

Today was rainy again, so no outside photos! :( 

Sam and I stayed at home, cleaned the house, and made breakfasts for the week- apple cinnamon muffins! :) 

For dinner we made stuffed peppers.. Growing up, my Mother always told me the horrors of when she was little and her mother made her eat stuffed peppers.  She vowed that she would never make us eat a stuffed pepper.  Ever.  And she stayed true to her word!  I was never made to eat a stuffed pepper.  Or any pepper, for that matter!  Now that I'm older, I got up the courage to try one of these presumably horrid tasting vegetables, and I actually quite like them.  The stuffed peppers tonight were a success, and we shall continue eating them- much to the chagrin of my mother, I might add. ;)

Good grief, I just wrote a blog post about peppers. :P

I had grand plans for today.

Grand plans of going up to Cardinal farm and taking beautiful photos of our green fields of rye, and of the guys working them.

Alas, Samuel had different plans.  He has been sick lately, and just wants to be comforted and held, so I didn't get much picture taking done today.

I did manage to snap a photo of my new purple basil plant though!  I love it!  Can't wait to make pesto with it- it will look so cool. :)

This is my attempt at a 365 blog.  Basically, I will try to post a photo a day for a whole year.  I am starting this to become familiar with my new camera.  Hopefully I will be able to keep up with it!
